MemorialCare Medical Group welcomes existing Bristol Park Medical Group and Memorial Family Medicine – San Clemente patients and all new patients. To become a new patient start by finding a MemorialCare Medical Group physician near you.

Important Message for our Cigna Select Narrow Network patients:
It is important that you make your health care decisions based on the physician-patient relationship and with accurate information.
With the Cigna Narrow Network product, Cigna requires MemorialCare Medical Group (formerly Bristol Park Medical Group) to refer its members to St. Joseph Hospital and Mission Hospital for any inpatient hospitalization needs. We will continue to comply with this requirement for now and in the future. Any and all hospitalizations for Cigna Select members/our Cigna Select patients will be at Mission and/or St. Joseph Hospital.
It is not too late to keep your MemorialCare Medical Group physician(s) even if you already turned in your open enrollment paperwork to your Human Resources Department. You are allowed to switch your primary care physician at any time by calling Cigna Member Services at 1-800-882-4462. The change will be effective the first day of the following month.
