We believe you should be able to keep your family physician, without worrying if your insurance changes. That's why MemorialCare Medical Group accepts most major HMO and PPO health plans, as well as Medicare, private indemnity and supplemental insurance plans.
Applicable copayments and fees for services not covered by insurance are collected at the time of visit. We accept cash, personal check, and credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa).
